Some people with VA benefits or TRICARE may be eligible to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan if they have both Medicare Part A and Part B and live in the plan’s service area. Medicare says you need both Part A and Part B to join a Medicare Advantage plan. Before making any changes, people with other health or drug coverage should review how a Medicare plan may affect their existing benefits.
